The Security Department of Christian Hospital Tank (CHT) is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The hospital is equipped with CCTV cameras that monitor key areas to ensure continuous surveillance and safety. The premises are protected thick and high boundary walls topped with barbed wires, providing a strong physical barrier around the hospital compound. For additional security, there are police pickets with 24/7 police personnel stationed for surveillance, helping maintain law and order in and around the hospital. Alongside this, hospital security guards are present within the facility to manage entry points, monitor movement, and ensure that the hospital remains a safe place for healthcare services.
